These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of rivayla.com (the "Site") and the purchase of products from ECOMRISE LLC ("Rivayla", "we", "us"). By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase from the Site.

2. Products & health disclaimer

Rivayla products are dietary supplements. Statements on this Site have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. They are not a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Always consult your physician before use if you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication (including blood thinners, diuretics or thyroid medication), or have a medical condition. Individual results vary.

3. Orders & payment

All prices are in US dollars. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order (e.g., suspected fraud, pricing errors, stock issues); if we cancel, you will be refunded in full. Payment is processed by secure third-party providers.

4. Subscriptions

Subscription purchases renew automatically at the frequency and price shown at checkout, until cancelled. You will receive a reminder email before each renewal and can cancel at any time via your account portal or support@rivayla.com, effective immediately for future charges.

6. Intellectual property

All content on the Site (texts, images, branding, product names) is owned by or licensed to ECOMRISE LLC and may not be reproduced without written permission.

7. User content

By submitting reviews, photos or testimonials, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to use them in connection with our products and marketing. We may moderate or remove content at our discretion.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to your purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the product. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages.

9. Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States. Before any formal dispute, you agree to contact us at support@rivayla.com so we can attempt to resolve the issue in good faith.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms at any time; the version posted at the time of your order applies to that order.
