We want Rivayla to work for you. If you're not satisfied with your results for any reason, you're covered by our 60-Day Money-Back Guarantee — even if you've used the product.
How it works
- You have 60 days from the delivery date to request a full refund of your purchase.
- No need to return anything. Keep the bottles — we'll simply refund you.
- To request a refund, email us at support@rivayla.com with your order number and the email used at checkout.
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval.
Subscriptions
Subscription orders are covered by the same guarantee. You can also cancel your subscription at any time — cancelling stops all future charges immediately. Reminder emails are sent before every renewal.
Fair use
The guarantee applies to one refund request per customer/household. We reserve the right to refuse refunds in cases of demonstrable abuse (e.g., repeated purchases followed by systematic refund claims).
Damaged or incorrect orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 14 days of delivery at support@rivayla.com with a photo — we'll send a replacement or refund you in full, your choice.
