Shipping Policy
All orders are shipped from our fulfillment center in the United States.
Shipping rates (United States)
- FREE standard shipping on all orders of $50 or more.
- Orders under $50: flat-rate standard shipping of $4.95.
Delivery times
- Processing: orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding US holidays).
- Standard delivery: 5–8 business days after processing.
You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order ships. Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear.
Address changes
Need to fix a shipping address? Email support@rivayla.com within 12 hours of placing your order and we'll do our best to update it before it ships. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
Lost, stolen or delayed packages
If your tracking shows no movement for 7+ days, or your package is marked delivered but hasn't arrived within 48 hours, contact us at support@rivayla.com — we'll investigate with the carrier and reship or refund where appropriate.
International shipping
We currently ship to the United States only. Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia and New Zealand are coming soon — join our email list to be notified.
